located only 1.5 hours East from San Jose on the main HWY (32)
to Siquirres in a small town called Cimarrones, 13 kilometers east of
the Siquirres. Conveniently 30 minutes from the beautiful white sand
beaches of the Caribbean and
the Limon International airport. The average rainfall at
Grand View Estates receives between 80 and 120 inches a year.
This is the same as southern parts of Guanacaste and much less
than the southern pacific coast areas of Costa Rica. See map
