The Grand View Estates HOA is pleased to announce the ability to pay your dues ONLINE!!!! Payments can now be made electronically using your credit card and PayPal account.

 

Annual dues may also be paid by US mail using check or money order, please contact us HERE for details on making arrangements.

Grand View Monthly Dues are as follows:

1. Monthly dues for property without construction: $50.00
2. Monthly dues for property with a House built: $125.00
3. Note: There is a sure charge of 2.9% that PayPal charges us for using there services. This additional price has already been added to the monthly charges in the payment category buttons below.

Using the links below:

1. First determine which of the two categories below you will need to use for sending payments.
2. Click the drop down menu and select how many months of HOA payments you would like to pay. Options are setup so you can pay one month at a time, every 3 months or yearly.
3. Once you have selected your payment plan click the "Pay Now" button below and follow the prompts.
4. If you do not have a PayPal account already setup continue to click the buy now button below. Once on the PayPal page there is a link on the left that reads "Sign up for a PayPal account and continue checkout". This is what you click on to create your account. Once the account is created PayPal will take you to the screen for check out.

The Board Of Directors appreciate the timely payment of all assessments. Please remember that the board is building a brighter community for all of us and were doing it voluntarily without compensation. Should circumstances present themselves where payment will be difficult, please contact the  board of directors to negotiate reasonable payment plans.
